For the past month and a half , the Lagniappe Today Food Truck has been serving San Antonio great Authentic Luisiana Cuisine . The soul of the our San Antoniio Food Truck is an 18 foot kitchen with a 72" stove. The heart of this new Food Truck is Suzanne and Joseph Jackson, the owners and chefs. Lagniappe (LAN-yap) means "a little something special for you". The "little something special for you" on Fridays is now Po Boys.
